This Privacy Policy explains how Prism Circuit ("the Game," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the iOS application. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.
Information Stored on Your Device
The Game stores gameplay progress, earned stars, best move counts, unlocked levels, and audio or haptic preferences locally on your device. The Game does not require an account, and this local gameplay information is not intentionally uploaded to us. Removing the application may remove this locally stored information.
Advertising and Device Information
The Game includes third-party advertising services. Subject to your device settings and consent choices, these services may process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers, including IDFA when permission is granted;
- Device identifiers, device model, operating system, language, and general settings;
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and network information;
- Ad requests, ad impressions, interactions, rewards, and performance information;
- Diagnostics, crash data, and fraud-prevention or security signals.
The Game may request permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework. You may deny tracking permission without losing access to the core puzzle gameplay. You can change your choice later in iOS Settings.
Third-Party Services
The Game may use the following advertising and supporting service providers:
- Chartboost;
- Yandex Mobile Ads;
- Vungle / Liftoff Monetize;
- InMobi;
- Security, fraud-prevention, and remote advertising configuration providers.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies. Their practices, retention periods, and legal bases are controlled by them. We encourage you to review the privacy information supplied by each provider.
How Information Is Used
Information processed through the services above may be used to:
- Load, select, display, and measure advertisements;
- Provide contextual or personalized advertising where permitted;
- Detect invalid traffic, abuse, security threats, and technical problems;
- Maintain service reliability and understand advertising performance;
- Comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information directly. Information may be transmitted to advertising, security, infrastructure, and analytics providers as necessary to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or in connection with a business transfer.
Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review the matter.
Data Retention and Security
Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is reset, removed, or the application is deleted. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
You can limit advertising tracking through iOS privacy settings, reset or restrict the device advertising identifier, and delete local gameplay data by removing the Game. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact us to submit a privacy request.
International Processing
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
